A Producer Now: Reliving the Vikings 50th Season: Premiering SKOL!

I am now a producer for a movie. It’s a documentary about what it means to be a Vikings fan, so when my buddy (2V) sent me a link to this opportunity yesterday, I just had to do it.

I forwarded his Facebook message to The Sports Mom late last night. This morning while we were waiting for church to begin, she checked it out on her Blackberry, held it up to me, and whispered,
“Why?”

I answered,

“Because it’s about who I am, and I love indie projects that attempt to capture that passion.”

She responded,

“You know, I will never understand this, but okay.”

I am now a “producer” of a movie about Vikings fans. I am hoping that means I will get a free DVD of the movie someday, and possibly host one of the planned premieres for our Vikingstailgate.com clan.

Here is the official Trailer:

Thanks Barnie. I cannot wait to see the movie and how it captures the essence of being a die hard in a purple World.
