Our seats were perfect, on the first base side, nine rows from the Twins dugout. We could see all the action; Ron Washington’s Grand Slam, Al Newman’s diving stabs and defensive miracles at second base and Jeff Reardon’s first relief appearance against his former Expo teammates.
