2010 Marks the 50^th Anniversary of Vikings Football in Minnesota. To celebrate this historical event, the Vikings are selling 50^th Anniversary logos, posters, hats, framed posters and even mini-helmets! But for me none of these are the 50^th Anniversary gift I have in mind.

My parents are celebrating their 50^th Wedding Anniversary this summer, and I want to make sure that they get the best party, with their best friends and relatives in attendance.

To start off, the brothers and I will be hosting our father to 2 Twins games at Target Field  in May.  Afterall, it’s all his fault that we became the sports freaks that we are.

50 years of marriage is unfathomable these days, and the fact that they have pulled it off is more significant than anything I can think of, including a Vikings Super Bowl win.
